The return address on the package is not correct. Please reach out to support@gerazzi.com for the proper return address before sending any items back. Using the wrong address may cause your package to be sent to the wrong location, leading to delays. The carriers listed on the package only handle our shipments, and we cannot communicate with or receive returns sent through them.
We design our clothing to match the sizes provided on our website and aim to fit a broad range of body types.
Note: The sizing tags may differ from the listed measurements due to varying manufacturer practices. For the best fit, always refer to our size chart.
If you realize that you've inputted the wrong address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and after this, we can't make changes. If it shows failed delivery due to the wrong address, we can dispatch a replacement. However, please note that there will be an additional re-shipping fee for the reshipment. According to our Return & Refund Policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This includes the cost of returning an item to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is successfully received. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable
It depends on where you are. Orders will take 6–10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–11 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Timeframes do not include processing time.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We offer a 30-minute cancellation window after an order is placed. After this period, orders are automatically processed and sent to fulfillment, and cancellations are no longer guaranteed. Once an order is in preparation or has shipped, we’re unable to intercept or cancel it. If the cancellation window has passed, you’re still welcome to return the item once delivered. No, Gerazzi does not offer subscriptions. We only sell individual products, including our clothing and accessories. All purchases are one-time transactions and are not part of any subscription service.
At this time, we do not offer any subscription-based services. Each order you place is processed individually, and you can order as often as you'd like, but there are no automatic or recurring shipments.
