Shipping & Delivery Policy
We proudly ship our products to most countries around the world. While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frames, please note that occasional delays may occur due to third-party carriers. Rest assured, we will work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you as promptly as possible.
Tracking Information:
You'll receive a tracking number within 24-72 hours after your order is confirmed, allowing you to easily monitor your package’s journey. While we work diligently to ensure smooth delivery, external factors such as customs, weather, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. In these rare cases, additional fees may apply, but we're here to assist and keep you informed every step of the way.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In rare cases, unforeseen issues or high order volumes may extend processing times. We will communicate any significant delays. Estimated Delivery Times: United States: 6-10 business days. International Orders: 6-11 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Unforeseen circumstances like customs delays, logistics issues, or holidays may impact delivery times.
Failed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages:
If a delivery attempt fails or the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers must cover the reshipping cost. If you choose not to reship, no refund will be issued, and Gerazzi is not liable for the loss of goods.
Customs and Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Amendments:
If you need to amend your order after it has been placed but before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order is in processing.
P.O. Box Deliveries:
We can ship to P.O. Boxes; however, please be aware that certain carriers may have limitations or restrictions.
Delivery to Remote Areas:
Additional charges or extended delivery times may apply for remote or rural areas.
Delivery to Military Addresses:
We can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that delivery times to military addresses may be longer.
Holiday Shipping:
During holidays or peak periods, processing and shipping times may be longer. We will communicate any significant delays, but customers should plan accordingly.
IMPORTANT: Accuracy of Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect address information, and refunds will not be provided for returned packages due to such errors. While we cannot offer a full refund, we can arrange for a reshipment at a discounted rate.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Gerazzi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure, as we are not responsible for theft or lost items after delivery. If a package is lost in transit before delivery, contact USPS to file a claim, and we will assist by providing any necessary documentation.
Signature on Delivery:
For security reasons, we may require a signature on delivery for high-value orders.
International Shipping Restrictions:
Some countries or regions may have shipping restrictions. If your location is not supported, we will inform you promptly.
Shipping Insurance:
For high-value items, we suggest purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for following up on any issues with their local postal services and ensuring their delivery address is secure. We are not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after the package is confirmed as delivered.
